Thank you for purchasing from Theoretical Climbing LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We want you to feel confident in your purchase while also maintaining the integrity of our products.

1. Return Window

​

We accept return requests within 30 days of the original purchase date.

2. General Return Requirements

​

All returned items must:

-    Be in their original condition

-    Include all original components and accessories

-    Not be damaged, altered, or excessively used

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Product-Specific Conditions

​

A. Clothing

-    Items must be unworn and unused, except for trying on

-    Must be free of odors, stains, or wear

-    Tags (if applicable) must still be attached

​

B. Stickers

-    Must be unused and undamaged

-    Backing must remain intact

-    Cannot be applied or partially applied

​

C. Contraptions

1. Electronic Contraptions

-    Eligible for return within 30 days for any reason

-    Device must be in working condition

-    Must include all original components (charging cables, accessories, etc.)

Note: Devices that are physically damaged, modified, or non-functional due to misuse may be denied.

2. Non-Electronic Contraptions

-    Includes wood, plastic, or structural products

-    Must be undamaged and retain original form

-    No cracks, deformation, or wear that affects function

​

4. Refunds

​

Once your return is received and inspected:

-    Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

-    Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

​

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

​

5. Return Shipping

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

6. Exchanges

 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

-    Contact us within 7 days of delivery

-    Provide photos and a description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
